About the work

Bańkowska created this illustrated and screen printed poster for her animated film "Bug": her graduation project for her animation and illustration studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

A 2016 Adobe Awards winner in the Fine Art – Animation category, Bańkowska's second winning project was completed under the tutelage of her professional mentor, Polish Illustrator Bartosz Kosowski.

The actual screen print is an ambitious seven-color print in a signed, limited edition of 40. It is rendered on 400 gram Munken Pure paper.
