Truly inspired by the simplicity and conceptual thinking behind Lewitt's work Incomplete Open Cubes, I have designed a display typeface named Structure to honor his works of accomplishment. Structure is the word Sol Lewitt himself preferred over the word sculpture Structure comes in three variable weights including light, regular and bold. Moreover, the typeface provides multiple substitutional glyphs that are designed to be incomplete forms like the art piece. The incomplete forms allow the viewers to connect the missing parts to understand the letterforms.
