這個計畫是日本長野縣高山村為了解決人口外流與提升觀光人口

而與台灣藝術大學和日本女子美術大學跨國交流合作的案子。
This project is Takayama-mura, Japan for solving exodus of rural population and rising number of tourism visitors.

 And transnational Cooperation with National Taiwan University of Arts and Joshibi University of Art and Design in Japan.

我的作品發想自高山村的美麗景色

想要呈現到長野縣高山村就如同一場視覺和味覺的饗宴

私の作品は高山村から発想しました

大自然の美しい景色をもつ高山村は贅沢な宴会のよう

なので、私は高山村の自然の美しい景色を美食に喩えました

桜や滝、温泉、雪をテーマに、4通りの料理にしました

“The series of posters of Takayama-mura are meant to present as a feast not only for tastable meanings but also visible. 

Therefore, Takayama-mura’s scenery is transformed one by one into a traditional Japanese cuisine, 

symbolising the natural ambience that gave birth to delicious foods.”

春季 X 來一場生活饗宴吧！

櫻花調味料，比起增加香氣，療育心靈才是主要目的。

春 X 饗宴に行きまっしょ！

桜の調味料は、その匂いに心が癒されること主な目的です。

Spring X Enjoy the feast of life！

Other than improving the flavour, the main purpose of Sakura seasoning is to heal heart and mind, making Takayama-mura’s famous Sakura scenery into food season and topping.

最早很直覺的將櫻花和草地放置盤中，並擺置刀叉。僅想要呈現櫻花飄落至草地上的景色，思考的並不夠深入

但在當地生活的過程中，發現幾乎沒有出現白盤和刀叉，故重新思考了究竟什麼樣的食器適合。

夏季 X 來一場生活饗宴吧！
壯麗的瀑布擺盤，不僅美觀更是提升了食材的鮮味。

夏 X 饗宴に行きまっしょ！

雄大な滝に盛り付けて、美しいでけでなく、食材の新鮮さを引きせます。

Summer X Enjoy the feast of life！

Magnificent waterfall food arrangement, is not only beautiful, but also enhances the flavours of ingredients.

In Takayama-mura there is a waterfall called “Hachitai” named after the eight mountain layers. 

Therefore, the waterfall has a magnificent layered view, high quality spring waters and delightful noodles.

想要呈現八潼瀑布一層又一層的樣子，起先在瀑布和山的形象爭酌了許久
最後採取斜的構圖，希望可以讓瀑布看起來更為壯麗

而起先麵條的視覺也不夠清楚，後來在筷子的角度、麵條的曲線以及色彩中抓得平衡

秋季 X 來一場生活饗宴吧！

以滿山的紅葉與溫泉熬煮而成的鍋物，具有豐富的營養，因此有返老還童的效果。

秋 X 饗宴に行きまっしょ！
山いっぱいの紅葉と温泉で作られた鍋料理、沢山の栄養があるから、若返ることができる。

Autumn X Enjoy the feast of life！
The hot pot represents warmth and gentleness that the mountains provides. 

The colours of the autumn leaves shows cultural and local characteristics, 

thus the union of both gives the nutritious hot pot the effect of rejuvenation.

起先的瀑布是由勺子舀起的，但後來也是發現這樣的勺子幾乎沒有見到

故想要將勺子改成其他食器，可遲遲沒有決定到底改什麼較好

而在想起當時滿山的黃葉與紅葉

也是在這個時候，決定了整個系列以四季做為主軸

因此，為了呈現溫泉的溫熱感，溫泉順理成章的放入鍋裡

冬季 X 來一場生活饗宴吧！

湯裡的食材是雪，也是滿滿的星空。

冬 X 饗宴に行きまっしょ！
湯の中の食材は雪、そして満天の星空。
Winter X Enjoy the feast of life！
The main ingredient of the soup is snow and the starry sky. 

Takayama-mura’s clear sky without light pollution enhances the stars as they fall like snowflakes into the soup.

原本沒有這一張，是從決定以四季作為後才補做

畢竟那時候並沒有看到雪，只想起了當時透過窗看到的星空

沒有什麼光害、所以星星很多

我想冬天的雪應該就跟星星一樣多吧。
