A System Design Public Experiment, at Pune Junction Railway Station sponsored by the Central Railway Authority of India done as a part of collaborative programs with the Government of India. A thorough research and documentation with a detailed study of different types of passenger/crowd behavior, movement, current scenarios and problems faced by the users at the Pune Junction Railway Station to better comprehend all the various touch points and design creative and empathetic solutions. Research conducted to study the crowd behaviour and user experience at Indian Railway station to synthesize and develop strategies and systems to enhance the quality of human experience provided by the services offered at these government facilities.
