Small series of peculiar fish tanks; a bubblegum machine, a rain boot, a coffee machine cup and a toilet. Illustrations with vibrant colors and textures.
A small series of random objects used as fish tanks.
The general objective of this project was completely personal, with some of the knowledge I have been acquiring I decided to make something new, I had the idea of the first fish tank (the bubblegum machine) for sometime and I wanted to finally make the final digital illustration. It's mostly made as a personal project but hopefully along the way it can be nice or pleasing for someone and it can make them smile.
The process was from a random idea in my head plastered to paper in a small and not so great first sketch to a few better sketches with new fish tank ideas and finally the digital elaboration in illustrator. First digital sketches, then clean neon purple lines, more cleaning of the lines, colors, some lights and simulating effects and finally textures and shadows.
It was a fun project to do and hopefully it's as satisfying for others as it is for me.
