Ello is a chat bot designed to provide consumers with health care decision support. This case study communicates the core mechanics of Ello, its value proposition for consumers, and finally, how it works at a high level. The prototype was first designed in Adobe Illustrator then ported to Adobe XD for the Ello prototype. The final case study was assembled in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for iPhone mockups. #adobeawards
