Opening Ceremonies

A cross-industry promotional campaign, specialized for cutting equipment. Sponsor companies gather under the name “Disclosers”. The core content is a series of interviews that many people have been introducing “My favorite tool to open a letter.” It could be letter opener, paper knife, scissors, or finger. These voices will be broadcasted by website, posters, and the quarterly free magazine. Tagline is “Opening Ceremonies of Everyday’s Life.”

[A] Official Website “DISCLOSERS”
Interviews with people all over the world introducing “My favorite tool to open a letter.” Logo was designed with an old-fashioned letter enclosure equipment;  sealing wax. 
[B] Advertising for magazines
The united tagline is “Opening Ceremonies of Everyday’s Life.” Selected Items are shown as a key visual. It started from sketches including multi-campaign plans.
[C] Advertising for billboards
Selected short quotes from the interviews with related graphics. At this time, cutting tools themselves are not shown, in order to focus on their behavior; opening a letter. 
[D] Quarterly free magazine 
Including interview series as well as official website. It took french-fold binding technique with uncut edges and contents are hidden inside; mentioning “Cut from here as you like.” at the first page.
